Are you a recent or soon-to-be law school graduate looking to build a career in business immigration? Do you have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients navigate the U.S. visa process?
We are seeking a Legal Case Manager to join our team! This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in immigration law, with full trainingand guidance provided. Successful candidates will have the opportunity for promotion to an attorney position upon passing the bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal guidelines.
- Revise materials according to internal specifications and client feedback.
- Communicate with clients through our case management system, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Assist with reference letter projects and other documentation.
- Work under deadlines to ensure timely submission of client cases (occasional overtime may be required).
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.
- Strong English writing skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent client service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and strong time management skills.
- Relevant internship or work experience is a plus.
- Mandarin proficiency preferred but not required.
